Founder Andre Kratt runs multiple businesses, from an established public adjusting firm to early-stage startups. As the adjusting firm grew, he could see less of it: work stalled in places nobody was watching, and customers waited on things nobody owned.

The intro call is free. Discovery is $1,500, credited toward the build if you go ahead. The build is priced once discovery shows what it takes, and after that we work as a monthly partner. You see every number in writing before you commit.
How long does it take?
Discovery comes first. The build then runs about 90 days, with the first wins landing early. After that we stay on to keep the system performing and extend it as the business changes.
Do I need a technical person on staff?
No. We build it and keep it running. Your team needs to know their own work, not the technology.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's your call, not ours. Some owners use the extra capacity to grow without adding payroll; others use it to run leaner. We start by learning which one you want and build to it.
Is my clients' information safe?
Your systems and your data stay yours. We work in your accounts, set up only the access the job needs, and test everything before it touches live work. Firms that handle sensitive client information get the data terms in writing before we're given any access.
Do I have to switch software?
Usually not. We build on the tools you already run, such as your CRM, accounting software, email and calendar, rather than asking your team to learn a new system.
